NexusFlowHub Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nexusflowhub.io and submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NexusFlow is a lead-matching platform operated by NexusFlowHub. We connect consumers seeking personal loans, installment loans, and auto insurance with third-party providers. We are not a lender, insurer, or financial advisor.

3. FCRA Safe Harbor

NexusFlow is a lead generator and NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not provide consumer reports or use your data to determine credit eligibility. All credit evaluations are performed by third-party lenders.

4. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting your information, you provide express written consent for NexusFlowHub and our partners to contact you via email, phone, or SMS (including automated technology) regarding your request, even if you are on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of using our service or obtaining a loan. Text STOP to opt-out of SMS at any time.

5. Prohibition on Trigger Leads

Our partners and third-party lenders who receive lead data through NexusFlowHub are strictly prohibited from using that data to generate "Trigger Leads" — i.e., using a consumer's inquiry or any resulting credit inquiry to solicit that consumer on behalf of competing lenders without the consumer's explicit additional consent. Any partner found to be engaging in unauthorized trigger lead marketing will be immediately terminated from our network.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of your information does not guarantee loan approval, insurance coverage, or any specific rate. All final decisions are made solely by third-party lenders and insurers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NexusFlowHub makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of matched offers.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexusFlowHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or reliance on third-party offers presented through our matching service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Payment Authorization & Dynamic Sequential Billing

By saving a payment method through the NexusFlowHub Partner Portal, you provide a Standing Authorization for Variable Amount Charges to be applied to your saved payment method. Each charge is triggered automatically upon successful lead delivery through our Dynamic Sequential Billing waterfall system. • Variable Amounts: Each charge amount varies per transaction and is determined by lead type, match quality, and your configured maximum price per lead. • Standing Authorization: You authorize NexusFlowHub to charge your saved payment method on a per-lead basis without additional confirmation for each transaction. • All Sales Final: All lead purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a lead has been delivered to your configured API endpoint or made available to your account, no refunds will be issued. • Fraud Detection: NexusFlowHub uses Stripe Radar for automated fraud detection. Radar employs behavioral analytics (including IP address, device fingerprint, and interaction patterns) to assess transaction risk. By authorizing payments, you acknowledge this automated processing. • Auto-Suspension: Accounts with three (3) or more consecutive payment failures will be automatically suspended from the lead distribution waterfall until payment issues are resolved.
